You read it right. It's the norm here to work 55 hours per week-daily overtime, weekend and holiday work. Employees are not treated right here. The management thinks their employees are expendable that when someone complain or resigns, they can just hire someone new. This toxic work environment causes health issues among us employees, but we can't take sick days off or else we will be reprimanded and tagged as lazy employees.
