Pluspunten
Depending on the VP, there is flexibility with the work/life balance. Those w/a lot of experience tend to get onto interesting projects in interesting roles.
Minpunten
The only people who are successful at Revere Group are those with 15+ years of experience. These are the only people who can move up, get bonuses and fair pay raises, because Revere does not need to "teach" them any skills. The next person who could be successful is someone who has at least 3-5 years professional experience, but who has never done consulting before. Revere is a good starter company, in that sense. However, that person should not stay for too long, as they will fall prey to what others have indicated in their reviews - no ability to move up, you may learn some new skills, but that will stop after a while. It is incredibly difficult to break out into the next level and really grow your career. The person who should never work at Revere is the fresh college grad. You will learn some Revere-specific skills, but will not move up in any acceptable period of time. Go find another consulting company to start out at, or begin in industry. Their main interest is only the bottom line and they are a body shop.
