no proper process/document templates
no career plans for employees, i have seen individuals with 7 years stuck in no growth projects.
everyone is overworked and fighting overtime to get projects delivered.
have to work on free/trail softwares only.
interaction with other internal teams is a pain, as none wants to collaborate.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
