NVIDIA is not a political company, and its great to work in an environment where everyone is pulling in the same well-defined direction. The hours can be long - you are expected to be available to answer the flood of emails 24/7; but that is part of being an aggressive organization, and provided you are able to manage the balance between work and life, which not all can, it is a rewarding environment to be part of and worth the effort.
