With all this talent comes a little intimidation, but you will quickly find that they try to help you succeed at every turn. Even the management personally sees to it that you have everything you need to do your job and will try to work with you when ever possible. It is a very open and collaborative environment.
Minpunten
Due to the current economic condition, there was a temporary corporate wide salary reduction. Most employees preferred this option rather than having several rounds of layoffs. Additionally, the perks are not as good as other companies, especially in the areas of 401(k) matching and stock options.
