      Kids are great. They pay is good and there are plenty of days off you get paid for.

      Minpunten

      Lots of the staff are divided. Half of them really love the job and half of them hate their job. There is a lot of favoritism and cliques. It is difficult to train when they have staff acting unprofessionally. Felt like high school.

Our development checklist details specific behaviors that staff should exhibit before they move into the Lead position to ensure consistency.       Management is absolutely horrendous. They do not value their employees at all. The favoritism is extremely obvious and unless you are liked socially by management you will not excel at this establishment. For a school that practices ABA daily, management only delivers harsh consequences to staff instead of reinforcement to promote a more barrable working environment.
