Native is set up perfectly for evolution and encourages growth and involvement from all employees. This leads to so many opportunities to make your own mark on the company. - The structure. Native has a pretty short org chart, so your voice can actually be heard since you're working closely with leadership.
Minpunten
As mentioned above, Native is always evolving, which makes the company a little scrappier than the larger agencies. This means things aren't always predictable and mechanical, which can obviously be a preferred situation for some. This isn't something that bothers me personally, as I like problem solving on the fly and being more involved in direction, but it is definitely something prospective candidates should be aware of.
