My creatives input was rarely even considered. Design decisions were made by managers with limited design understanding, their priorities focused solely on immediate gains. Being treated like a technician instead of an artist chipped away at my confidence and passion. It felt like my skills were seen as a commodity, easily replaceable with the next template on the shelf.

My experience at this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, I was bombarded with a barrage of lies and deceit from upper management. They promised a fair and ethical work environment, but what I found was a culture that was anything but. The employees are left feeling exhausted, both physically and emotionally, as they're subjected to unethical practices and blatant disregard for their well-being. It's a toxic workplace that I cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone!
