      The 4/16/19 review is very accurate and honest. Unfortunately, the CEO does not care to promote the changes necessary to bring Native Roots back to a good place to work. There are many things I could pile on about the lack of trust, culture, and appreciation within NR, but I'll keep it at....get a new CEO or sell the company to someone who wants to make this place better. There's too much talent that isn't being recognized or nurtured. The 'leadership' team needs some major changes. Get rid of the toxic leaders that perpetuate a disrespectful, fear culture.

      meaningful work. I was in management and always felt supported. Able to grow as they heavily promote from within. I learned a lot and gained invaluable experience from this role.

      Upper Management doesn't care about you - they just want to promote their friends. Terrible ageism - if you're an older employee - look elsewhere. Virtually no onboard training - you're left to fend for yourself from day one. TERRIBLE WEED! Their products are very sub-par and overpriced - the only decent products they have are third party. Awful work/life balance - unless your a GM, then you pick your sweet schedule and screw the specialists.
