As someone who knew nothing of this company or industry prior to applying, I heard all the stories and talk about "culture" and "work life balance," and I figured all companies say this so those applying are conned into believing the company really cares. I thought the same of NativePath. How wrong I was. The people at this company truly truly truly care so much about their employees. The higher ups are so involved with everyone they manage, and even those they don't manage. Everyone is willing to help at any time. I am continually growing after 1 month, and continue to grow thanks to the support of my manager and my team. Everyone is expected to be A players and we strive and drive each other to be the best. Also, there are not many companies nowadays that continue to adapt and try out new processes, software, etc. The culture is truly incredible here, and I am so thankful to be a part of this team.

The fully remote aspect can be a little tough at times, mainly because I want to meet all these amazing people face to face every day.
