Pluspunten

Company benefits and salary offered are decent. Fixed working hour and only OT when its required. Work-life balanced company and good stepping stone for fresh-grad as their first job.

Minpunten

Serious politics, bias, unfair and double standard in the department (actually affected the whole company). Unecessary condition imposed on the procedur of applying annual leave, micromanagement and communications carried out in an unprofessional way. Narrow minded HOD and not willing to try new changes,particulary no capability to train up new staff or new skill.

If you love to learn about Asian culture and meet friendly, hardworking people, you may enjoy that aspect of Naturally Plus. The US office is small so you have an opportunity to get experience doing a variety of tasks.

Minpunten

The workplace suffers from poor management at the upper levels. Domineering personalities are allowed to meddle in the workflow of the other employees. This makes it very difficult to get work done and it’s bad for morale. The culture allows bullying and negativity to flourish.
