1. Too many false commitments, but no execution. 2. Cut salary if you fail to maintain entry and exit time. But they are blind that, if you do overtime on other days then they don't care, even their COO simply explains this, you are slow that's why you need to stay late. But their amazing client reports a bug at such a time that you may need to stay overtime. 2. Unable to pay salary on time. Most probably they are the only company in Bangladesh that sell Software service and have fixed client, but still unable to pay on time. 3. Stick on fixed technology, and some of them are so weird that having X years of experience on some particular technologies is good for nothing, as no other company in BD is using those crap. 4. CTO has no maturity but lots of egos. For an uncertain reason, if you are on his bad performer list, then no matter how best output you provide, you will be on his bad performer list. He is the boss of HR, but still, he says if HR makes this decision then I have nothing to say! How shameless!! 5. Not a good company to learn new technology, as they stick to their beloved technology. 6. No matter how good performer you are. If you can't use oily words then you are treated as a bad performer. They have a few employees (not developers) who are simply dumb, but good to use oily words, that's why they are the best performer. 7. They have a few dumb employees who make the environment toxic. 8. Their salary range and increment range is one of the worst in BD, but still behave they pay the best salary range. 9. They always promote their so-called Hyper Salary, which is nothing except a Radish, to avoid the yearly festival bonus. 10. They have so many worst developers, who beg your foot when they need help, and later they will use bad words, and negative comments about you when you are not in front. 11. The position of each developer is so volatile that no one is OK to help others.
