Great mix of new people with renewed energy and sense of mission, mixed with very experienced people with fantastic industry knowledge and customer intimacy. Great products that customers love.

Minpunten

Some challenges from operating as a very distributed team covering a lot of regions and segments, but they are managed and mitigated.

Pluspunten

All the teams are super knowledgeable in their various products and markets, you learn a ton from each other (no more silos.) The culture is now so much more trusting and supportive (no more micromanagement.) Everyone is encouraged to develop and the company is now more innovative, open, and growing.

Minpunten

The company has gone through a lot of changes in the last couple of years, which can bring uncertainty. But it's been for the best and the teams are resilient and open to growth.
