Pluspunten
Am working as a contract employee for one of the client of neo rays.I was in a critical situation and had no option I agreed to attend the interview and got selected also but I was worried that what kind of testing profile the company will assign to me whether its a software related technical testing which has got writing test cases or anything non tech and I was very much confused wether to join or not and the salary what I was offered was very less but still I agreed as my situation was not good then after joining I got to know that the testing is not good in the client place there was nothing to write test cases but still I decided let me search for other job by the time I complete my 6 months of contract here and after 3 months I was moved to other team in the same company where the work was slightly better compare to the previous team but again there is no writing test cases even here and there is no proper testing process. After 6 months got 2000 increment and now I have completed one year in the company and have got another 3000 increment. This is my journey with neo rays. I would like to tell that sushmitha mam and sripriya mam understand the employees situtation and help us in a good way and they have responded for everything in a good way till now.
Minpunten
It would be good if they give good increment atleast 20k on hand after six months for the employees bcz they would be working under contract atleast if they get good salary on hand they would work with satisfaction by not thinking that they are contract employees. Also please give us any other client places where we can be a permanent employee with a good salary. This is my request on behalf of all the contract employee from neo rays .
