VA's act like boss and toxic. Will work 10-12 hours a day and will not give a project/ task unless they don't want to work on it. Will tell bad comments about the doctors/ process that will make you leave the company.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience and thank you for sharing. Would have liked it better if you could have informed the management about it sooner, but no hard feelings. We will improve training and onboarding for billers like you have suggested.
