No clarity on the organizational future growth path and often changes are ad-hoc and mostly people/HQ driven rather than a process based culture. A global organization with non-global thought process and processes. Even the processes, policies and sometimes values are driven by customer, which is the lowest of compromises that an organization could make to survive.
