Pluspunten
Very smart set of people to work with. You can take time to work on technologies/ideas that you're passionate about. Salary breakdown is on actuals. There is no fudging based on imaginary 'bonuses' or cutting of bonuses based on company performance. You get what you were promised. Bonuses paid quarterly instead of yearly. There's plenty of sports and hobbies clubs and events to fill your social calendar. Leadership is very good, though it might depends largely on the project you're in.
Minpunten
Cafeteria's not great, salary's average compared to the rest of the industry (largely depends on project). Facilities need improvement (lifts are slow) - though this is being worked upon. The medical insurance plan, especially if you have dependents, could have been better.
