      Nested Bean has a small team meaning each person's day is filled with productivity. It can be hard to have questions answered in the timeframe you prefer but everyone does their best to stay in touch throughout the day. Flexibility, communication and compromise are the keys to success here.

      The mentorship at Nested Bean is why decided to join this team. The President of Nested Bean hires smart and driven people, making my job easier as I was onboarded. I feel trusted to make decisions and have been given the autonomy to build processes and lead. Work-life balance is the best I've ever experienced in my career and that makes for a happier work place, especially when working from home since COVID began. Nested Bean offers the chance to wear many hats and learn a lot, both things that I think are valuable to me in my career.

      Pay could be better, but still competitive with most companies when bonus is included. Lean team that is rapidly growing naturally has growing pains with minimal hand-holding in your onboarding, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your personality.
