Honestly, I have thought long and hard on the Pros for working at Net Driven and sadly, they don't exist anymore. See my cons for a more in-depth look, but if the compensation, benefits, management and location of a company are all poor, why would anyone want to work there.

Where to begin??? Compensation - Even with understanding that this is the Northeast part of PA and is grossly underpaid as a region, Net Driven takes this to a whole new level. Most people can expect to be paid at least $10,000 below the expected median in their field. Benefits - What was once a semi-strong point to Net Driven has drastically gone down hill. For a short period Net Driven's benefits, PTO, 401K was respectable and almost made the lack of pay seem worth it (almost). Management - In the whole company, there is one person who I believe has a grasp on how to manage people within the company. That's not to knock all of the leadership team, but most of them are very young/inexperienced leaders who are basically feeling their way through the position. There is no one that I can honestly say is a mentor there. Location - While you would typically like to work for a company in the heart of a city, downtown Scranton is an abysmal city to be stuck working in. Parking is only partially covered by the company (which I guess is better than nothing) so you can expect to shell out money to park in a public parking garage. The city itself is always trying to come up with new ways to tax the people who work there, legally or illegally. Growth - Or lack thereof. In Net Driven, there is almost no way to move up the chain. The only way is when someone in leadership realizes that they need to move on and then that position will be filled with the cheapest of the hard workers. If you have dreams of growing into a leadership role by the expansion of your position, duties or department, don't even consider Net Driven. It will not happen!
