Middle management that has no sense of direction or responsibility for their team’s success. All expectations, no meaningful guidance or coaching. Will load you up past internal measures of capacity then blame you for your failings. Departments that work together have minimal understanding of what the others do, or who is/should be responsible for what. All tail chasing, all the time. There is literally NO organized exit process. You better know what to ask for and organize the process of returning equipment etc. for yourself as HR takes ZERO initiative. Simply a horrible experience across so many levels.
