-Some of the "OG" colleagues have built a clique which RARELY respect newbies -Guidelines and regulations change a lot and require you to do lots of useless proposals and reports

I didn’t work here. I just want everyone to be aware that they use AI and that they intend to fire more than half their staff for a lot of their games. They’ve already done this with Marvel rivals.
