Pluspunten
It was great when it was Netent, and it became a lot worse when Evolution acquired the company. But still we had 20 days of vacations and 10 sick leaves per year which is nice, I also had a great manager.
Minpunten
Time tracking was pretty strict, we had to track even 15 mins and the overall work load was sometimes 10-12h per day. Discussion about salary raise could take years with promises and excuses, but it worked really fast if you had an offer from another company.
