1. Work in a dingy basement where classroom behaviour is expected. You are not to talk to your colleagues unless necessary; not even during lunch hours. 2. The MD runs an apparent social media analytics company and himself doesnt know how to use instagram or Twitter or Facebook. 3. People are hired and fired on his whims and fancies. People left their well paying stable jobs and he fired them in 3 months of joining. And he will not even have the courtesy to say it to your face 4. You are judged on skill sets which are not even your forte when you do that work only to save MDs face in front of his clients. 5. The work is not at all good quality work but just scanning manually all social media websites. 6.Zero work life balance which is never rewarded but only asked for more. 7. Punctuality is expected but there is not enough ways the MD can find to waste your time. 8. Reviewing your work does not mean any productive inputs but talking about a missing comma and fullstops.
