Pluspunten
As the title states, Netsource is a company that cares. Both about the employee and the customer. Frequently staff is pro-actively looking out for customer needs - a great sign. Personally, management has always been very understanding when personal issues arise. There is no feeling of being chained to a desk for 50, 60, .. hours a week. Netsource has a great environment to work in. There are always varied and challenging projects to work on. Plenty of opportunities to try out new technologies. Fellow staff are friendly and always ready to lend a hand if need be. I enjoy the times the entire team comes together for ice cream, breakfast or even Thanksgiving lunch.
Minpunten
Netsource is a smaller company and doesn't have all the resources and layers of employees of a large company. (But at the same time that can be a positive as well...)
