Extremely hard nosed sales environment - under the pump - close the deal at any cost or you're gone - you end up selling based on price and not value. High level of churn among sales staff and management. Remuneration well below what similar vendors pay in the sale role. Product lacking functionality and maturity in some verticals. Company tends to push out modules to sell before they are ready, leading to unhappy customers and highly challenging implementations. Mediocre calibre of staff overall - if you are a mid level employee or above there are no mentors for you. Direct sales team versus channel sales team conflict.
