Manager is a liar and gaslighting person. He will tell you stuff about your next up for the promotion and then you sit there and watch others get promoted. The health care side of things is in shambles with no process and full of lies. You get a terrible 50 cent raise and then your manager looks you in your eyes and says “there is more where that came from”. Hint hint you will never see it. They told me they would give me $2 but then screwed me over and gave me a $1.
