If you have a "go get'em" attitude, you will go very far. If you're expecting a list of step by step instructions for every task you do, you will be disappointed. There are certain departments that have slowed in their growth. If only their skill-set could be expanded in order to assist the engineers, and streamline further their processes. Field engineers aren't the only qualified individuals for in-house tickets. Perks and benefits are average, and expenses are typically under heavy scrutiny. Over time, however, these expand for the better.
