- Culture! I look forward to coming to work everyday. Everyone has such fun personalities - but more than that, they're talented, supportive coworkers. We have so many team building events, and it's such a unique place to work in Southern Louisiana. - It's a long-term career. You can grow with Netchex. When I first started, I made less than half of what I make now. I've learned so much on the job, gotten promotions and more responsibilities, and it's because Netchex invested in me. I feel valued here. - Never boring. We're growing FAST. I never know what I'm going to walk into each day, which keeps my job interesting and keeps me innovating. - Managing growth is hard, and there have been missteps. Communication between departments can be difficult and inconsistent, and this leads to people feeling like they're not being heard, or ideas not being successfully implemented before they're abandoned.
