      A past history of not focusing enough on putting technology first - which we are fortunately doing now. A past with a management who focused on new products and buying new companies in stead of being the best at what they are the best at - which is secure remote control.

The company has a true upside and has the potential to make it very big. It is well funded, has a ton of existing customers and the technology and the problems its solves is the main focus of the company as of now. Very relaxed atmosphere where work/life balance is truly exercised and you are given a large amount of freedom to execute on your individual goals.
