Pluspunten
They have great incentives and a very friendly environment. If you need money this is a great job, they constantly offer overtime hours. The trainers are great, you are not just thrown out in the call center with no idea on what to do.
Minpunten
They run a point system for attendance. As soon as you hit your points no matter what the situation is. Your child could be in the hospital, family member dying, police incident, etc. they DO NOT care. However, if you are a "favorite" and you reach your points to where you are SUPPOSED to be fired they ignore it. It is a very unfair place. Also, it is constantly busy if you cant handle a busy call center environment this is not the place for you.
