Unprofessional and very toxic environment - werkgeversreview Senior Software Engineer bij Netsync Network Solutions

I worked at Netsync as a Senior Software Engineer, and honestly, my experience was very bad. One of the biggest issues was working with MENA Development team. Most of the team leads working under him were extremely unprofessional and had very weak technical knowledge. Communication with them was difficult, and many decisions didn’t make sense from a technical perspective. There was a clear lack of direction, structure, and accountability in management. The system itself had a lot of problems and bugs that were never properly handled. There was no clear structure or process to fix things, which made the work environment very stressful. Also, the company lacks basic organization. There is no proper manager or clear reference point when issues happen, no documentation, and most of the work is just random tasks sent over chat with no planning or tracking. Before joining, I strongly recommend asking about the team you will work with and making sure you are not assigned to the wrong environment. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend it.
