Android:- A team with good TL but hands tied due to poor management on his top iOS:- So called TL will again eat your credit so be prepared. Overall:- There is no proper Agile, waterfall or any such model followed here Expect poor management. Timings are strictly 9 hrs if u miss even 1 sec your half day salary will get deducted this is for normal labourers/developers But if your favourite of manager then don't worry u can even work for 7 hrs a day and get everything regularised.
