Working here has been a really positive experience. The environment is friendly, supportive, and makes coming to work enjoyable every day. One of the little things that stands out is the great coffee and the variety of treats always available for employees, it really makes the office feel welcoming. On top of that, the company provides breakfast for everyone on Fridays, which is a nice way to end the week. Overall, it’s a place that values its people and makes sure we feel appreciated.

The only downside is that the lunch break is just 30 minutes, which sometimes feels a bit short to fully disconnect and recharge during the day. Having a longer lunch would make the workday even better.

It was an easy enough job. Got let go before any new changes to the company but the issue is with company leaders. Main boss claims to care and value opinion but does not want to hear feedback if it opposes them. Would say offhanded things about loyalty and respect when those are things you earn. Keeps manager that messes things up and no one likes even other Spanish people. Clients talk about him behind his back. Should not have to work with people without good communication skills. Talking is easy. Turnover is hard.
