they won't pay what they say. they will change the scenario to their convenience and if you ask question they will blackmail by saying that they will tarnish your name when you go for other concern. In my case they appointed as employee and gave me salary but when said i am leaving they changed it to consultant and they did not provide proper payment proof eve for being a consultant. while I asked for the documents they where saying they did not have HR, and made me wait 1 month after that they did not give proper documents. And also blackmailed me for asking it saying I will say that you character is worst when your future employer inquires. Please don't trust them.
