Lots of potential in a growth market. Good signal quality in the products. Early market advantage in the brainwave and cardiology worlds. Ability to get new financing, regardless of customer base and lack of revenue growth.

Minimal innovation. Constant distractions and changes of strategy.

The B2B wearable markets for their sensors, such as smart watch and VR headsets did not sky rocket. So the company pivoted to selling B2B2C solutions for healthcare , education and vocational training, provided differentiated value directly to consumers. As an engineer, I was way more motivated solving end user's problem. The B2B customers also get to volume and revenue much faster.

Below market pay. Yes, it is a startup so stock options is a major part of the compensation. But I found my new startup job that pays way above market.
