Easy work, good and clean work areas.

Minpunten

Micro management was extreme. Berating and belittling seemed to be the norm as well. Never any praise or recognition. Did not want to hear any suggestions on how to improve. Very low pay. Last minute issues constantly - Not proactive.

Pay is on a contract basis so you are likely to be locked in at a pay rate unless you have a job title change or the contract increases. This is quite normal with similar security jobs and doesn’t rest on New Age’s shoulders as a problem.
