Software products had a considerable number of defects and they had no method to replicate defect resolution for one client to other existing clients; this means they may need to resolve the same defect multiple times.

NGC is very nimble and always looking to stay ahead of the competition. Most of the employees have been there for over 10 years, so it is very much a family atmosphere. NGC is constantly coming up with ideas regarding new products and how to market them. Management has a good understanding of the industry.

Minpunten

There is a lot of pressure to meet customer requirements and keep them satisfied. NGC management has little patience for errors and oversights and sometimes makes commitments that are difficult to achieve without superhuman effort.
