I have really enjoyed my time at Newcomp Analytics. Their internal sales model is a great one - allowing each account manager to be the CEO of their own business and giving us the flexibility and the support to ensure the success of our business. As such, you have the unique opportunity to learn a lot, such as how a specific technology is implemented at a client, working with the services team to build a custom demo, etc. Everyone is open to new ideas (for example, if you wanted to run a marketing event around a specific topic, the marketing team will work together with you to build it) and there's a great culture too (you can bring your dog into work, monthly socials like ice cream trucks, etc).
