      Salary Some of the people Not a heck of a lot else really.

      Horrible culture that is simply a boys club. If you aren't in with them then you may as well give up. Terrible HR leadership that is caught in the 80s. If you're not working long hours then you must not be doing your job. Incompetence in development, mentoring or anything to do with personal development. Culture of bullying and harassment.

      Most people are genuinely nice and want to do a good job.

      Minpunten

      Morale is low, and redundancies have caused unhappy teams with no one left to do the work. This is causing tension and frustration. High pressure to constantly save save do more more, it's very draining. Recent turnover of many managers.
