Newsflash: We're still in a pandemic and no one wants to come into a dusty office to catch covid and bring it home to their families. * CTO was way too involved in some department issues * Training was minimal, and you don't learn about resources available until much later * Leadership would rather have in-house software made to save costs, which often leads to software that isn't as effective. * Lots of turnover, either from people leaving or getting fired * Many departments were overworked, even the support team in China
