Pluspunten
- Co-workers are all very nice along with front end managers.
- Schedules are very flexible with different shift types
- It really is a calm work environment, most days aren't super busy for most departments, and most of the guests are nice.
- Pay is fine, Part time is still at $14/hr for most but full time pay has been boosted to $18/hr
- Holiday pay exists if you work during the holiday events, so that's nice
- Campus is beautiful, and the staff membership is nice
- The day to day leads and managers are all really nice
Minpunten
-There's sometimes a little bit of drama in the front end departments, but honestly it's minimal.
- HR is always messy. The HR people are mostly really nice, but if you need something done, it's really hard to get into contact with them
- In most departments there is little to no room for growth, maybe if a lead position or full time position opens up, but that's not super common.
- Higher ups aren't the kindest or respectful to the front end staff, luckily depending on your department, you don't encounter them much, but sometimes you do, and you'll know when you meet one.
- You'll be working somewhere that can't seem to get its self out of controversy, which sucks. Front end staff are great, but everyone gets pulled into controversy because of higher ups who cant seem to figure out their own jobs.
