Company works hard to foster a friendly environment for employees. Agile company, open to new direction and ideas from employees. Focus on education. good comp plan. Excellent products. Brought in new management to address existing issues and modernize. High score given to Senior Management due to new leadership.

Dysfunction with some legacy management, but is being addressed currently Need to modernize some business tools, departments and practices.

Good product and good employees.

Minpunten

Employer does not give pay raises. 5 year stretches with no pay increases at all. Promises of bonuses and benefits are not realized. Poor vacation and personal time (~10 days) for upper level professions and if you work or travel for the company on weekends,you are not compensated for that time.
