NGTech’s back-office handling was extremely poor. Invoices for completed work remained unpaid for extended periods even after approvals. Communication from the company was inconsistent, and concerns about overdue payments were ignored. The situation forceing me to pursue legal and formal collection steps—something I’ve never had to do with any other vendor. This experience caused unnecessary financial and personal stress.
