I had the privilege of working as an RBT with Next Level ABA for about two years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most meaningful and fulfilling experiences of my professional journey. From day one I felt welcomed, valued, and supported by everyone on the team. The people here make all the difference! My boss was one of the kindest and most understanding leaders I have ever met because he was always approachable, respectful, and genuinely invested in both his clients and his employees. My supervisors went above and beyond to make sure I was confident and comfortable in my role and where I worked. They consistently provided thoughtful feedback, encouragement, and guidance, especially when I faced challenges with my client. Their mentorship helped me grow so much as a professional and a person, it was such a joy to work with them. The collaboration and teamwork at Next Level ABA truly set this company apart. Everyone communicates so well and makes sure you never feel alone in what you’re doing! There’s a real sense of community and purpose here everyone shares the same goal of helping clients reach their fullest potential, and that passion shines through in everything they do. What I loved most about working here was how much respect, empathy, and care I felt every single day. The feedback I received wasn’t just constructive but it was heartwarming. It made me want to show up, learn more, and do my best for my clients.
