      Pluspunten

      Good people below management level, hard workers not supported by poor leaders - no foresight for the future, holding on to a declining business. Each to their own, individual approach to save their own skin. Absolutely no vision of foresight for the future, and no pragmatic review of the present. Terrible company to work for.

      Minpunten

      Set people up to fail, management and leadership approach stuck in decades gone by. If you are a genuine good person, good at what you do and have relevant skill set and experience, do not think about working here. The magazines will die before the leaders do.

      Prove you do work (by bringing in revenue and retaining clients) and there's a lot less 'micro' management. You literally can 'write your own pay check' 85% of the time. If you are producing ... management lets you fly

      When you have a sales manager that doesn't understand different types of people work well under different types of management styles. You can't motivate a person ... You must find out what it is that 'motivates' them then coach them to what triggers the person. Which ... all falls back to the micro managing.
