Minpunten

Bullying, micro management, unfair roster system since a lot of my colleagues were put on night shift and later, it was really hard to have a family and friends life outside of work.

Prove you do work (by bringing in revenue and retaining clients) and there's a lot less 'micro' management. You literally can 'write your own pay check' 85% of the time. If you are producing ... management lets you fly

Minpunten

When you have a sales manager that doesn't understand different types of people work well under different types of management styles. You can't motivate a person ... You must find out what it is that 'motivates' them then coach them to what triggers the person. Which ... all falls back to the micro managing.
