They always hired great people, so that was cool, but they would hire them away from other jobs and then fire them within days. So you got to meet cool people and then watch them discarded like trash. So half a "pro"!

The man who owns and runs this place will give you a direction one day, not speak to you for a month, and then wonder what you were doing by following his rambling, two-hour, one-sided diatribes on the original Teams call. He will find any reason to fire you, the easiest of which is disagreeing with whatever idea the windbag blows your way that day. He will literally cry on Teams meetings saying that people don't understand how hard it is to be him. He'll treat everyone as a pawn, and then wonder why no one respects him. Senior management will tell you things like "you can always come to me," and then immediately take what you said to said CEO for him to parse it for a new vendetta.
