Unlimited training opportunity. I see all these guys crying about middle management on here. Never judge a man until you've walked in their shoes. I'm a rsm and I do listen to my techs and address there concerns as best I can. And I've been in this field for almost 20 years and am middle management. And we all know the hours but I work with my techs if you are a tech in my area and need a day off to do something you got it. I've been here for 3 years now and I enjoy it. It was hectic at first getting settled in somewhere new but it always is. I don't think techs are disposable at all they are quite the opposite. They just aren't making them anymore. Everyone is pushing kids into college but if you are intelligent and goal oriented you can make just as much as a service technicians here as most college grads these days.
