The customer service people seem to be quite helpful. I have a sense that they are trying their best to solve certain issues. Most students are adorable and respectful. Payments are punctual most of the time.

Minpunten

The internet connections may become quite bad, especially during bad weather, and that would compromise the teaching and learning experience. The curriculum can be improved in many ways.
