Constant restructuring and staff are disposable. Will hire quickly and fire even faster. Will make you work towards unrealistic expectations until your probation and then fire you the day its up. Happened to me and one other girl in the marketing team. During my time there was also another girl that started in the sales team and was let go after a week. Approximately 4 other staff from head office left during my tenure to "explore other avenues". Beware fast turn over and avoid if looking for something stable. Some management staff should not be in management positions and lack clear people skills. You could do 20 things correctly in a day but if you make just 1 mistake it will be flagged and your whole work ethic and ability questioned. Not a single instance of positive encouragement provided with the 3 months employed despite working solo on projects for extended periods of time with little to no training and support. Help provided begrudgingly when asked, and common phrases that management are "too busy with their own workload to constantly assist those at a managerial level". When pitching ideas it's met with no response or positive encouragement. Management do not like to be questioned on decisions or want input on creative ideas. It's the blind leading the blind when it comes to directors trying to implement new ways of working and digital transformation. Many clearly lack leadership skills, creative insight and knowledge of market trends. Management will blame those in junior positions to cover themselves when faced with company board and directors questioning project deadlines.
